Private Yoga Sessions

Are you new to Yoga and wanting some personalized instruction to prepare to attend classes or create a home practice?

Do you have an injury or feel like some personalized instruction would help you to modify your practice to suit your needs?

Would you like to go deeper into the asana (posture) practice or learn some techniques that you can bring to your everyday life?

Could you use an hour to yourself to move your body, relax your mind and nurture your soul? 

If you answer, "Yes!" to any of these, then email me to book a private session.

I also offer couples sessions, so you can share Yoga with someone you care about. We can address both of your needs and/or play with some partner-assisted stretches.
