This class is focused on self-care for both the mom-to-be or new mom. Prepare yourself for the birth of your baby through breathing exercises and gentle Yoga postures with a focus on the pelvic floor.
Once your baby is born and you are ready to return to Yoga, this class will assist you in reconnecting to your core and give you time for self-care. This class is also a great way to meet and interact with other moms and moms-to-be.
If you are in your first trimester and never tried yoga, please consult with your doctor or midwife before coming to class. If you have had your baby, check with your doctor or midwife before returning to yoga (expect to take at least 4-8 weeks to recover).
