Yoga Nidra is a yogic technique, often referred to as "Yogic Sleep", which encourages deep relaxation by bringing one to the state between awake and asleep. Yoga Nidra has many benefits which may include relieving stress, improved memory and brain function, releasing undesired patterns or habits, healing past trauma or illness and improved sleep patterns.
