Yoga for the Nervous System

In this class, we will explore practices, along with asanas, that aid the regulation of the nervous system after any stressful event, whether recent or years ago.

Each week we will add another tool to your stress management tool bag. Come for any or all four.

Starts: Sunday November 4th, 2018

Ends: Sunday November 25th, 2018

Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Cost: Use one visit from your membership / yoga pass* 

* When you attend any of these classes, sign-in using your active yoga pass (Punch Card, Shala Pass or Term Membership). Introductory passes, and promotional free passes are not eligible.
