Reset Your Self

This will only take a few minutes. Kind of like resetting the computer. 

Get out a pen and paper... write this down...

Today, I am so grateful for _____ because ______.

Now this... I love myself for _____.

Write as much or as little as you like and sit for a minute or two after to feel gratitude and love.

Bonus round... write yourself a letter filled with gratitude and love and be sure to add into your day something that you love to do.

That's it. Short and sweet.
