I strongly believe in laughter, nutrition and Yoga for health and well-being. I've been teaching Yoga for 15 years and love that I get the chance to interact with so many people in a self-care setting.

In May 2021, I completed a year-long diploma in Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching. In January 2023, I completed the 2nd year to become a Holistic Nutritionist.

My classes always offer a healthy dose of compassion, introspection and nourishing movement… flavoured with a few giggles for an extra dose of medicine. I offer students a chance to slow down, notice, and listen – always leaving them with some food for thought to help take their practice off their mats and into the rest of their lives. I especially love when I can bring together Nature and Yoga. One of my favourite practices is Svadhyaya (Nature-study and Self-study).

My first 200 hour Hatha training, in 2009, opened the door to 100 hours in Power Vinyasa, 300 hours in Tibetan Heart Yoga, 650 hours of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, 90 hours in Blissology with Eoin Finn and many other trainings including Prenatal, Seniors and Yoga Nidra. Most recently, I completed a training focused on Yoga and Psyche and a 21-day Nervous System course.

I love giving detailed instructions in class and time to step out of the “norm” and move by instinct. My classes will have you connecting with your body on a physical level and more subtle level. You may end up giggling at some point as I will too. You will definitely get in a good dose of self-care and relaxation no matter what style of class it is, and you will be encouraged to be kind to yourself throughout with many options offered to serve you.
