I enjoy building individual practices, so you get exactly what you're looking for and need. I've had many students start their yoga practice with private sessions before attending a class. This can bring comfort before taking the step to join a group practice.

It's also a great way to go deeper into your practice if you've been practicing for a while or have an injury or limitation of any kind or to bring together a group for a shared practice or celebration.

 Whether you book a private session or attend a class or workshop, you'll benefit from some self-care time, increased flexibility of body and mind, strengthening of parts that have become sleepy over time and a good dose of relaxation.

I also have a background in personal training and I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, so your private session can be personalized in many ways.
