I'd love to build an individual practice for you, so you get exactly what you're looking for and need. I've had many students start their yoga practice with private sessions before attending a class. This can bring comfort before taking the step to join a group practice. It's also a great way to go deeper into your practice if you've been practicing for a while or have an injury or limitation of any kind or to bring together a group for a shared practice or celebration.
Whether you book a private session or attend a class or workshop, you'll benefit from some self-care time, increased flexibility of body and mind, strengthening of parts that have become sleepy over time and a good dose of relaxation.
I also have a background in personal training and I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, so your private session can be personalized in many ways.
