I’m also versed in personal training, Holistic Nutrition and nervous system regulation, so we can really make this personalized to exactly what you need.
Couples sessions are also available, so you can share Yoga with someone you care about. We can address both of your needs and/or play with some partner-assisted stretches.
Sessions are held at Kushala Yoga in Port Moody. The cost is $100 per hour, for one person, and $150 per hour for two. Email me to discuss needs and other options.
