I would love to introduce or re-introduce you to yoga.

Book a session with me if…

You’re new to Yoga and feel that a private session will help you prepare to attend classes or create a home practice.

You’ve been attending classes and you'd like a little personalized assistance.

You’ve been experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue or symptoms that don’t seem to respond to other modalities.

You have an injury or feel like some personalized instruction would help you modify your practice to suit your needs.

You’d like to go deeper into the asana (posture) practice or learn some techniques that you can bring to your everyday life.

You could use an hour of self-care to move your body, relax your mind and nurture your soul.

Private sessions are an amazing gift to self. Email me to book yours.

I’m also versed in personal training, Holistic Nutrition and nervous system regulation, so we can really make this personalized to exactly what you need.

Couples sessions are also available, so you can share Yoga with someone you care about. We can address both of your needs and/or play with some partner-assisted stretches.

Sessions are held at Kushala Yoga in Port Moody. The cost is $100 per hour, for one person, and $150 per hour for two. Email me to discuss needs and other options.
