Postures, Exercises and Holistic Practices for Eyesight and Eye Health

You'll be guided to move through Yoga postures and other practices with special focus given to the eyes and surrounding muscles. Learn specific practices and techniques to support overall eye health. Spend the afternoon supporting your eyes and vision. Leave with simple tools to continue taking care of your eyes.
