Yoga for Beginners
If you want to try yoga but are not sure how to begin, or bring more intention around your existing practice, this course will teach you the foundations of an informed and healthy yoga program. You will be learning with a group of beginners, you do not need to know anything about yoga!

Come home to your body as your safe place in times of stress and discomfort. Then you can step out from a state of knowing and a more regulated nervous system.
Yoga Nidra is a practice, often referred to as "Yogic Sleep", which encourages deep relaxation by supporting you to visit the state between awake and asleep.
Yoga Nidra may include relieving stress, improved memory and brain function, releasing undesired patterns or habits, healing past trauma or illness and improved sleep patterns. These are just a few of the many benefits that can come from a regular, full Yoga Nidra practice.
