The first New Moon of the New Year is a powerful time. Join Alissa, for a meditative walk at the inlet. Observe and photograph Nature’s wisdom and beauty. Then return to the studio for Moon Salutations, Somatic practices and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).

Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring a journal to the studio.

practice seeing the beauty in every moment and experience
move your body and nervous system to free the past
become more receptive to your heartfelt desires
relax in Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to begin again
